Do you offer services for both residential and business customers?

Yes, our storage units are used by both personal and business users. Whether you need storage for your personal or business assets, we can provide just the right size and type (standard or climate controlled) to fit your needs at an affordable monthly rental rate.

What kind of security do you provide?

We feature on-site Facility Managers, computerized controlled access gates, 24 hour video monitoring/recording, perimeter fencing, well-lighted facilities, and personal locks available for purchase. Our security features vary by location so please contact your facility manager for details about a specific location.

What does "onsite" Manager mean?

"Onsite" Manager means that a Facility manager is present during office hours. "Resident" Manager means that the Facility Manager has an apartment on the premises and lives and works onsite.

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept several major credit cards, including MasterCard®, Visa®, or American Express.

What's the difference between office hours and gate hours?

The office hours are the hours of operation for the facility. During these hours the Facility Manager will be available to assist you with your storage needs or moving and packing supplies. The gate hours are the hours of the property, and when your storage unit can be accessed. If you require access outside of our standard gate hours ask your Facility Manager for information about 24-hour access.

Can anybody drive onto a property or do you need an access code?

Most of our facilities have an electronic gate system which can only be opened by a security access code that is assigned to each individual renter. The code allows us to monitor who is entering and exiting the facility. To enter and exit the facility, you simply enter your access code on a keypad to open the entrance gate.

Do I get a lock when I rent a storage unit?

You can purchase a new lock at our facility. We offer a variety of sizes and types of locks. We recommend purchasing a round disc lock to ensure the highest level of security for your storage unit.
